Since founding Reliance Build, Inc. in 1993, Steven and Cynthia Stoaks built the company into a full-service construction company employing full-time specialists and teams. RBI provides project management, commercial site development, construction and tenant improvements to small firms and major corporations, primarily representing banking, healthcare, restaurant and retail fields. RBI successfully completes more than 200 projects per year, ranging between $20–$35 million in construction costs.
