Scottsdale AZ Tenant Improvement | Co-Location Project

Project Overview:

This unique project represents a true co-location, bringing together multiple lines of business under one roof. Working collaboratively, the design and build teams balanced the needs of each entity and created shared spaces for all to use.

With 90,000 square feet of workspace and 3,500 square feet of retail, the project is designed to support five distinct users. Spread across four consecutive floors, each group had specific needs and strict security requirements. Special aesthetic attention given to each group’s entry and lobby created customized spaces, while modern finishes and desert-inspired design elements throughout tie the offices together.

As a co-location, efficiencies were created through shared amenities including meeting rooms, conference spaces, a large break room and tech-enabled training room. The resulting design balances accessibility and security, creating a flexible series of independent suites that adapt based on changing needs.
